Raspberry Pi LED matrix board compatible with PI Lite

This product belongs to module series used on foreign PI-Lite hardware.
1. Compared with original version, this one has
been added LLC (logic level conversion
circuit). The serial ports of Raspberry Pi
on this end is 3.3V. Single-chip
